The potential to legally challenge the NWL and other road schemes in Norfolk was explored this week .

 

Especially in the light of the recent IPCC report the lack of any proper accounting for carbon is a failure of duties introduced with the Climate Change Act. There are at least 4 potential legal cases against Norfolk road schemes that have been identified. We will keep you posted!

 

 

Last week the SWL Artists visited woods to make art around the trees that would be felled to make way for the NWL. Some beautiful, veteran trees, that are ecosystems in themselves. Image above, and see more of their stunning work here. Please do share these pictures, it brings home some of what will be lost.
