Join us for The Great Big March against the Norwich Western Link on 20th January !

Family friendly, calm and peaceful march in Norwich City centre.

Please bring your friends and family - we should all care about this monstrous waste of money when there are cheaper, less destructive solutions to traffic problems.

Norfolk CC will likely be putting in for planning permission in January, and so we need to show there is a lot of public opposition - to help trigger a public inquiry, and to try and get the Council to press pause and stop throwing money at this doomed project.

Bring your endangered bats to fly, and your £ signs to pour down the financial 'black hole' that is the NWL road project.

We present the petition to the Council on 25th January so make sure you have got everyone you know to sign it.

Please join us in helping to organise - we are small stretched team! We need help with promotion - putting up posters, articles/letters in your local publications, talking to people, organising car shares to allow everyone who wants to to come. We need stewards and first aiders on the day.

Support at the Court of Appeal, London 16th January

Andrew Boswell's very important appeal at the Court of Appeal for his A47 climate cases needs support!

Many schemes depend on the outcome of this case, and the stakes are high. There is a photo opportunity outside the court for 12.45pm, and we want a good turnout!

Subsidy for travel costs for those who need it is available via TAN- contact us asap to claim.

Meet at Wensum Park, Norwich by the river Wensum from 11.30am. We set off at 12pm.
Walk to City Hall for gathering and speeches 1.30-3pm

Accessibility: protected area at speeches for wheelchairs or if you need to bring a seat, Wearing masks protects immuno-supressed people when close together in crowds, allowing them to attend more safely, so please consider wearing one. Please contact us if you need to know the march route, or have other needs.
